Section 5:11-8.1 - General

Any displacing agency may apply for and receive State grants-in-aid, when available, to cover the costs or a portion thereof, for relocation assistance payments. Application shall be made in accordance with the procedures adopted by the Department. The amount of the grant-in-aid shall be determined as described in 5:11-8.2.
