Section 5:101-3.1 - Allocation of historic preservation grant funds

(a) In each grant round, historic preservation funds are to be allocated in accord with a ranking of applications received by the Trust, subject to availability and appropriation of funds under the Act. The ranking of applications is to be established by the Trust based on criteria set forth in 5:101-3.2.
(b) The Trust reserves the right to limit funding to less than the amount requested.
(c) Up to 20 percent of the monies made available for historic preservation projects may be awarded to State agencies and entities.
