Section 5:10-5.2 - Reporting of violations

Upon discovery by an occupant of any conditions on the premises, failure of service, or defect in any equipment, which constitutes a violation hereof, the occupant shall report same promptly to the owner, superintendent, or the individual representative of the owner or managing agent who may be contacted at any time and who has the authority to make emergency decisions concerning the building and any repair thereto or expenditure in connection therewith having charge of the premises.
