(a) The CLIP shall develop and administer the Certified Public Manager Program (CPM) for supervisors and managers. The program shall meet criteria established by the National Certified Public Managers Consortium. The Chairperson or designee shall be Chief Administrative Officer of the program. The Director of the CLIP shall be the Program Director.
(b) The Program shall consist of progressive levels of instruction delivered jointly by the CLIP and an institution of higher education selected by the Civil Service Commission.
