Section 3A:71-9.1 - Release to law enforcement agencies generally

(a) Information about a program participant may be released to a law enforcement agency if:
1. The
program participant provides written authorization;
2. A court order is in effect; or
3. The law enforcement agency making the request
has a bona fide requirement to have access to a program participant's actual address
which meets the requirements at
N.J.A.C.
3A:71-9.2.
