Section 3A:55-9.14 - Water skiing

(a) The facility shall ensure that:
1. No water skiing occurs after
sunset or before sunrise;
2. No water
skiing occurs in water that has debris;
3. The water skier wears a personal flotation
device (PFD) rated Class II or III by the U.S. Coast Guard;
4. A staff member or responsible child other than
the boat driver sits in the boat and acts as an observer of the water
skier;
5. There is one staff member for
every six additional children on the dock or on land; and
6. The motor boat used for water skiing meets all
of the regulations as specified in 3A:55-9.10.
