(a) In addition to the requirements specified in 3A:55-6.11, the facility shall ensure that each adolescent mother obtains and follows a written plan developed with the infant's health care provider regarding the feeding schedule, specific formula, nutritional needs and introduction of new food for each infant.

1. The facility shall maintain on file the feeding schedule of each infant residing in the facility in the infant's record.

2. The facility shall ensure that the adolescent makes the feeding schedule available to all of the infant's caregivers.
