(a) In addition to the requirements specified in 3A:55-6.8, the facility shall encourage each adolescent to use her leisure time productively by documenting in the adolescent's case management plan the facility's efforts to:
1. Inform the
adolescent of appropriate activities for herself and her infant in the
community;
2. Teach the adolescent how
to manage time and money, and to be able to participate in recreational activities;
and
3. Teach the adolescent how to use
public transportation so she and her infant can go to activities in the
community.
(b) The facility shall organize monthly outings or planned group activities within the facility for adolescents and their infants.
