(a) The facility shall only use infant and play equipment that is sturdy and of safe construction, non-toxic and free of hazards.
(b) The facility shall use a choker tube or similar device to ensure that all parts of all toys used by infants under three years of age are large enough so they cannot be swallowed by the infants.
(c) The Office of Licensing may also require the facility to take other necessary precautions to promote toy and equipment safety in keeping with recommendations of the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission.
