Subchapter 9 - TRANSPORTATION REQUIREMENTS
Section 3A:52-9.1 - Scope

(a) The provisions of this subchapter shall apply to:
1. Each center that provides or arranges for
the provision of transportation for children:
i.
To or from their homes or other prearranged sites and the center; or
ii. In connection with an activity (such as a
field trip) conducted by or through the auspices of the center; and
2. Each person or agency other than the
center that provides or arranges for the provision of transportation for children to
or from their homes and a center.
(b) Each center, person or agency, as defined in (a) above, also shall comply with applicable provisions of New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission (MVC) law, pursuant to 39:1-1 et seq., and the rules promulgated thereunder, as specified in N.J.A.C. 13.
