Section 3A:52-8.7 - Requirements for additional records for centers serving sick children

(a) The center shall maintain on file the following additional records:
1. Admission assessment information on each child,
as specified in
N.J.A.C.
3A:52-8.1(c)4;
2. The written policies and procedures developed
by the center, as specified in
N.J.A.C.
3A:52-8.1(c);
3. The written approval of policies and procedures
by the center's governing board or advisory board and by the consulting physician,
as specified in
N.J.A.C.
3A:52-8.1(e) and (f);
4. Documentation of the training provided to all
staff members, as specified in
N.J.A.C.
3A:52-8.3(e); and
5. The Information to Parents document, as
specified in
N.J.A.C.
3A:52-8.5(b).
