(a) The center shall ensure that all washable items of play equipment, supplies and toys that one group of sick children, as specified in 3A:52-8.3(d), have contacted are washed with soap and water and disinfected before allowing them to be used by another group of sick children.

(b) The center shall ensure that all personal items belonging to a child are returned to the parent each day.
