(a) Level I firearms and weapons requirements are as follows:
1. All
firearms shall be secured in a locked steel gun vault approved by the Office of
Licensing.
2. All ammunition shall be
secured in a locked area separate from the firearm storage vault.
3. The resource family parent shall not maintain
chemical weapons such as mace or pepper spray in the home unless these items are
stored in a place inaccessible to children.
