(a) These rules apply to:
1. Each member of the Child Fatality and Near
Fatality Review Board;
2. Each member of
the Board's local or regional community-based teams, if it chooses to establish such
teams;
3. Each representative of the
Department of Children and Families and the Division of Child Protection and
Permanency;
4. The State Medical
Examiner; and
5. Any other person
participating in the Board's functions and responsibilities.
