The provisions of this subchapter and N.J.A.C. 3A:20-2apply to each child whose participation in the CP&P Legal Guardianship Subsidy Program is approved, or is being evaluated, each relative or family friend who agrees to participate, or is being evaluated to participate, in the program, each other household member, each parent of a child who participates, or is being evaluated to participate, in the program, and each Division representative.
