(a) In "sales of Federal funds," the liability of a transferee bank to a transferor bank shall not be subject to any limitation on liability to a transferor bank imposed by 17:9A-62.
(b) In sales of Federal funds, the liability of a transferee bank to a transferor savings bank shall not be subject to any limitation on liability to a transferor savings bank.
