Section 3:42-1.2 - Purpose

(a) The purpose of this chapter is to:
1. Establish an efficient
and effective method for documenting the sale, transfer, conveyance,
encumbrance, and use of Pinelands Development Credits which are authorized and
allocated pursuant to the Pinelands Comprehensive Management Plan,
7:50-1.1 et seq.; and
2. Facilitate the effective operation of the
Pinelands Development Credit program through the Bank's participation in the
purchase and use of Pinelands Development Credits.
