Upon notification of a request for a hearing by a financial institution in response to an order to show cause issued pursuant to 3:2-1.5, the Commissioner shall certify the matter as a contested case. An administrative hearing will then be conducted pursuant to the Administrative Procedure Act, 52:14B-1 et seq., and the Uniform Administrative Rules of Practice, N.J.A.C. 1:1-1 et seq.
