Section 3:15-6.4 - Loan application recordkeeping requirements for business licensees

(a) Each person licensed as a business licensee shall maintain a loan application system containing the following information for each application for a first mortgage loan:

1. The case number;

2. The application date;

3. The applicant's name;

4. The property address;

5. The disposition;

6. The type of loan; and

7. The amount of the loan.
