Section 3:1-18.7 - Examination of service facilities

(a) A service facility shall be subject to examination by the Department to determine whether the foreign financial institution is operating the service facility in accordance with State law.
(b) The cost for the examination of a service facility shall be paid by the foreign financial institution and shall be billed at the Department's per diem rate (see: 3:1-6.6) .
