Section 2:91-3.3 - Farms with one to seven animal units (AUs)

(a) Farms with one to seven AUs are required to implement the general requirements at 2:91-3.1 by March 16, 2010.
(b) Farms with one to seven AUs are encouraged, but not required, to develop and implement a self-certified AWMP in accordance with 2:91-3.5.
(c) New farms or farms meeting the one to seven AU threshold after March 16, 2009, shall implement the general requirements at 2:91-3.1 within 12 months of date when the farm meets the one to seven AU threshold.
