Section 2:89-3.1 - Exemptions

(a) Aquatic farms are required to follow all applicable NJDEP discharge requirements as set forth in N.J.A.C. 7:14A except the following:
1. Licensed
facilities whose annual production and water discharge do not exceed those of the
New Jersey Pollution Discharge Elimination System thresholds set forth in
7:14A-2.1 4; and
2. Facilities determined to have a minimum impact
on the surrounding environment pursuant to
2:89-3.2.
