(a) This subchapter establishes standards for the humane raising, treatment, marketing, and sale of poultry pursuant to the authority accorded by 4:22-16.1.
1. All determinations as to whether the standards
for poultry have been met shall take into account the age, breed, type, physiologic
condition, size, production level/stage of development of the animal, the daily
maintenance requirements necessary for poultry, and environmental
conditions.
