Section 2:77-4.2 - Availability of registry and annual report

(a) The Board shall make available:
1. In the form of an annual report, the
information included in the registry to the county and each municipality that has
adopted a development transfer ordinance; and
2. Upon request, pertinent information to any
other person.
(b) The Board will also provide the information contained in the registry to the Council on New Jersey Outdoors for inclusion in the Garden State Open Space Registry.
