Subchapter 24 - SOLAR ENERGY GENERATION ON PRESERVED FARMS
Section 2:76-24.1 - Applicability

This subchapter applies to the construction, installation, operation, and maintenance of solar energy facilities on a preserved farm for purposes of generating solar energy to provide power or heat to the farm, reduce the farm's energy costs, or alternatively to afford a limited income opportunity to the farm owner provided that the energy facilities occupy no more than one percent of the farm as authorized pursuant to 4:1C-32.4.
