Subchapter 23 - SPECIAL PERMIT FOR INSTALLATION OF PERSONAL WIRELESS SERVICE FACILITY ON PRESERVED FARMLAND
Section 2:76-23.13 - Report of activities

(a) The Committee shall submit a report every two years to the Governor, President of the Senate, the Speaker of the General Assembly, the respective chairpersons of the Senate Economic Growth Committee, the Senate Environment Committee, the Assembly Agriculture and Natural Resources Committee, and the Assembly Environment and Solid Waste Committee or their designated successors, in accordance with 4:1C-32.3.

(b) Copies of the report shall also be made available to the public upon request and free of charge, and shall be posted on the website of the Committee.
