(a) The appraisal reports prepared by the independent appraiser pursuant to N.J.S.A. 2:76-6.7 shall follow the following format:
1. Summary;
2. General information;
3. Property valuation before development easement
acquisition (market value unrestricted);
4. Property valuation after development easement
acquisition (market value restricted);
5. Final estimate of development easement value;
and
6. Addendum.
(b) The requirements for each section of the appraisal reports are described in 2:76-10.4 through 10.9.
