The Division shall administer eligibility standards pursuant to the Federal Income Eligibility Guidelines set forth at 7 CFR Part 245 for Determining Eligibility for Free and Reduced Price Meals and Free Milk in Schools. These standards shall be used by all sponsors participating in the child nutrition programs and by all nonparticipating schools for the purpose of completing the survey as required by 2:36-1.4.
