Grants to eligible applicants will be determined on the basis of the selection criteria score and availability of funds. Following the Council's receipt and review of the Director of the Division of Taxation Certification the appropriated available funds shall be awarded pursuant to 4:10-76 and in accordance with Circular Letter 07-05-OMB.
