(a) Cattle owners will enter into a Memorandum of Agreement with the Division of Animal Health containing the following:
1. All costs shall be borne by the
owner.
2. The owner agrees to comply
with the rules of the program, but is free to withdraw at any time.
3. Accredited veterinarians will sample and
identify animals and counsel owners.
4.
The Division of Animal Health will provide information to accredited veterinarians,
laboratory services, and interpretive and planning assistance.
5. The Division of Animal Health will provide
information regarding the disease and program to the owners.
(b) The Division of Animal Health fee schedule for diagnostic laboratory services appears in 2:10-1.2(d).
