(a) The following fees shall be charged for participation in the program for certifying seeds or crops not listed below:
1. An application fee of $ 50.00 for
each grower.
2. An inspection fee of $
3.00 for each acre entered.

Certification labels, if purchased from Department, $ 0.05 each (one label for each
bag or container).
