Chapter 43, Casino Service Industries, was recodified as Chapter 51, Casino Service Industries, by R.1992 d.500. As part of R.1992 d.500, Chapter 43, Casino Licensees, was adopted as new rules, effective December 21, 1992. See: 24 N.J.R. 3225(a), 24 N.J.R. 4563(a). In accordance with N.J.S.A. 52:14B-5.1b, Chapter 43, Casino Licensees, expired on June 7, 2014. See: 43 N.J.R. 1203(a).
