Section 18:6-7.6 - Purchase of retail dealer's license

(a) The payment, rebate, or reimbursement to a licensed retail dealer by a licensed distributor or wholesale dealer of the fee paid by the retailer for his or her retail dealer's cigarette license is prohibited.

(b) The payment of any such license fee by a supplier for any retail customer serviced is considered a violation of the New Jersey Unfair Cigarette Sales Act.
