(a) Public advertisement for bids and sale of tax indebtedness to bidders will be conducted by the Division of Property Management and Construction, which has been designated by the Treasurer to carry out the Treasurer's responsibilities pursuant to 54:50-30.
(b) Pursuant to, and consistent with the authority granted by 54:50-35 and 54:50-29.b, the Director of the Division of Taxation has the right to approve any specifications and invitations for bids and any forms of contract drafted by the Treasurer's designee pursuant to this section.
