Section 18:18-12.1 - Failure to procure licenses; penalty

Every person who engages in business as a supplier, distributor, terminal operator, transporter or retail dealer without first obtaining a license from the Director and every person who engages in business as a retail dealer without first applying to the Director for a license, as required by these rules, or continues in business as a retailer after the end of the 14th day following the date of such application without having obtained the license and displayed it at the establishment being operated, will be subject to a civil penalty of $ 1,000.
