Section 18:14-2.2 - Filing by claimants of statement of income limits and eligibility information

A claimant must file with the collector on or before March 1 of the post-tax year, a statement under oath on Form PD-5, of his or her income for the tax year and his or her anticipated income for the current tax year, as well as any other information considered necessary to establish the right of such claimant to a deduction for the previous or current tax year.
