CHAPTER HISTORICAL NOTE:
Chapter 11, Unincorporated Business Tax, was filed and became effective prior to September 1, 1969. The
Unincorporated Business Tax, formerly authorized by N.J.S.A. 54:11B-1 through 54-11B-23, was repealed by P.L.
1976, c.80, § 1, effective January 1, 1977. Chapter 11 was repealed by R.1996 d.381, effective August 5,
