CHAPTER HISTORICAL NOTE:
Chapter 10, Emergency Transportation Tax, was filed and became effective prior to September 1, 1969, pursuant
to authority delegated at N.J.S.A. 54:8A, the Emergency Transportation Act. The Emergency Transportation Act,
N.J.S.A.
54:8A-1 et seq., was repealed by P.L. 1976, c.47, N.J.S.A. 54A:9-22,
effective July 8, 1976, operative August 30, 1976. N.J.S.A. 54A:9-22was itself repealed by P.L. 1976, c.65,
Sec. 1, effective August 17, 1976. Chapter 10 was repealed by R.1996 d.379, effective August 5, 1996. See: 28
