Section 17:9-10.12 - Preference laws; out-of-State bidders

(a) Pursuant to 52:32-1.4, when another state has residential preference laws, rules or regulations that disadvantage a bidder not having its principal place of business in that state, the Commission may reciprocally apply such disadvantage to an out-of-State bidder having its principal place of business in such state.

(b) The Commission may waive the reciprocal application of another state's residential preference law, rules or regulations when such waiver would be in the best interest of the Commission and the State.
