Section 17:9-10.1 - Purpose

This subchapter establishes the rules governing the procurement of contracts by the Commission for health benefit services and related actuarial and auditing services. The Commission, created by Section 3 (52:14-17.2 6) of the New Jersey Health Benefits Program Act, P.L. 1961, c. 49 (52:14-17.2 5 et seq.) as amended and supplemented, is responsible for negotiating and arranging for the purchase of such services.
