(a) Covered entities shall provide OSC with copies of their periodic financial audits upon their receipt.
(b) State officials, including the Commissioner of Education and the Director of the Division of Local Government Services in the Department of Community Affairs, shall notify OSC of any local audits submitted to their agencies that reveal significant deficiencies as determined in the audits as required by 52:15C-9.
