(a) In the addition to the provisions of 17:1-1.2, the approved minutes of the Board are a matter of public record and may be inspected during regular business hours in the Office of the Board Secretary.

(b) The mailing address, telephone number, or email address of any active or retired member is considered to be a part of the members' confidential files and shall not be released for any purpose.

(c) The beneficiary designations of an active or retired member are considered to be a part of the member's confidential files and shall only be released after the member's death.

(d) The annual report of the Fund's actuary shall not be released until it has been approved by the Board.

(e) Original documents, if available, shall only be reviewed by appointment at the Division.
