Electrical energy is not available at the Memorial for use during gatherings. Permit applicants must so indicate if electrical energy is required for the event. If the applicant requires electrical energy, the Office shall employ reasonable efforts to offer the applicant suitable alternative locations where either electricity is available or generators are permitted, unless the Office is otherwise authorized to deny the permit pursuant to 17:15B-1.4 or 1.5. Gatherings at the Memorial are not permitted to use generators.
