Section 16:65-12.12 - Rules or classifications prescribed by Department

When rates or classifications are prescribed by decision or by order of the Department, or when tariffs are to be revised in conformity with such decision or order, the changes made pursuant thereto shall be established by supplements or reissues of the affected tariff or tariffs, filed and posted as provided in this subchapter. Each title page containing rates or provisions established pursuant to the decision or order of the Department shall bear the following notation: "Issued in compliance with decision (or order) of the State of New Jersey, dated __________."
