In accordance with N.J.S.A.
52:14B-5.1b, Chapter 59, Air Races, Meets, and Exhibitions, was scheduled to expire
on October 31, 2013. See: 43 N.J.R. 1203(a)
Chapter 59, Air Races,
Meets, and Exhibitions, was readopted as R.2013 d.004, effective November 29, 2012.
As a part of R.2013 d.004, Subchapter 2, Definitions, was adopted as new rules; and
former Subchapter 2, Licenses, was recodified to Subchapter 3, effective January 7,

Chapter 59, Air Races,
Meets, and Exhibitions, was readopted as R.2020 d.038, effective March 3, 2020. As a
part of R.2020 d.038, Chapter 59 was renamed Air Meets and Exhibitions, and
Subchapter 1, General Provisions, was renamed Purpose and Scope, effective April 6,
