Section 16:56-5.2 - Certification

(a) A recipient of a grant or loan shall certify that:
1. The airport
will be owned or effectively controlled, operated, repaired and maintained
adequately during an improvement's useful life, for the benefit of the
public;
2. In connection with the
operation of the airport, during an improvement's useful life, the public will not
be deprived of its rightful, fair, equal and uniform use of the airport;
and
3. The airport will adhere to State
and Federal laws and regulations.
