(a) Each window opening, other than the driver's window, shall be restricted to a maximum of six inches.
(b) Open-air special autobus-type recreational vehicles shall meet the following requirements:
1. The vertical distance between a seat-bottom and
any opening shall be a minimum of 16 inches. Vehicles not meeting this requirement
shall have protective bars extending from the front to the rear of the opening. Bars
shall be spaced no more than six inches apart, and the distance from the seat-bottom
to the top of the highest bar shall be a minimum of 16 inches.
