Section 16:47-5.3 - Review of application

Within 20 days of receipt of an application for a change in classification, the Division of Transportation Systems Planning shall notify the applicant whether or not the application is complete. If the application is incomplete, the notice shall list those items needed to complete the application. Within 60 days of receipt of a notice that an application is incomplete, the applicant may submit such additional information as is necessary to complete the application. Within 20 days of receipt of the additional information, the Division of Transportation Systems Planning shall notify the applicant whether or not the application is complete. The application shall be rejected if the Director, Division of Transportation Systems Planning, determines that a complete application has not been submitted within the specified time periods.
