Section 16:44-6.1 - Requirements

(a) Projects shall be advertised by public notice published for at least three weeks before bids are to be received, pursuant to the requirements of 27:7-29. Advertisements will also be posted on the Department's website at: www.nj.gov/transportation/business/procurement/ConstrServ/curradvproj.shtmand the Department's electronic bidding provider at: www.bidx.com.

(b) The advertisement will give a brief description of the work and materials required, specify where plans and specifications can be seen or obtained; the hour, date and place, where the electronic proposal will be received and publicly downloaded and read; and such other pertinent information as the Commissioner may deem relevant to the project.
