Section 16:41F-5.3 - Review of preliminary site screening package

(a) Upon receipt of a preliminary site screening package the Bureau of Landscape Architecture and Environmental Solutions will review the information provided by the applicant.
(b) Within 30 days of receipt of the preliminary site screening package, the Department will advise the applicant that:
1. A VCM Plan cannot be approved as
submitted, but may be amended and resubmitted;
2. The reasons why a VCM Plan application
would be denied; or
3. A VCM Plan
could be approved and that the applicant should apply for a highway occupancy
permit pursuant to N.J.A.C. 16:41 to enter the State highway ROW to perform a
site inspection pursuant to the requirements for development of a VCM
Plan.
